Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for market research and demand analysis;

2. Responsible for annual sales forecast, target setting and decomposition;

3. Determine sales department target system and sales quota;

4. Make sales plan and sales budget;

5. Responsible for sales channels and customer management;

Account manager (three)

Responsibilities:

1. Promoted, introduced and sold the company's products to customers, and achieved the sales targets of all stages of the company.

2. Participated in various sales activities organized by the company, promoted and implemented marketing activities.

3. Maintained various sales channels of the company.

4. Maintain customer relations and provide customers with high-quality services before, during and after loans.

Customer representative (5 persons)

Responsibilities:

1. Find customer resources or relevant resources through network channels, understand customer needs, and invite customers to visit or communicate with sales representatives to ask them to visit sales, and achieve the order.

1. Responsible for communicating with customers according to accurate customer resources provided by the company and using convenient telephone platform to understand customer needs, and inviting customers to visit or communicate with sales representatives to make sales visits to achieve sales goals.

2. Responsible for regularly collecting and reporting the latest customer feedback information.

3. Responsible for other related work assigned by superiors.

Telemarketing (5 persons)

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for communicating with new customers and developing new customers;

2. Communicated effectively with customers on the phone to understand their needs, looked for sales opportunities and completed sales performance;

3. Maintain the business of old customers and tap the maximum potential of customers;

4. Communicate with cooperative customers regularly to establish good long-term cooperative relations.
